Former Agency Colleagues Launch Manchester-Based Company

Three former colleagues have launched a Manchester-based company which aims to improve business productivity through staff motivation and engagement.

By wanting to challenge outdated practices 4and20million will be working with ambitious companies who want to attract and retain the best talent which in turn creates a positive and motivating working environment and boosts productivity and performance.

The company was set up by trio Josie Saville, Dan McNicholas and Alex Heywood who were formally the managing partner, data planning director and marketing and business development director at Manchester agency Wavemaker.

The three co-founders said:

We are on a mission to help shape businesses where employees turn up feeling inspired and motivated and leave at the end of the day feeling proud of the contribution they’ve made.

4and20million is already working with financial services company evestor.
