The Rochdale-based estate agents have been crowned in the top 1% of letting agents in the UK as it launches an ambitious new growth strategy.

Face2Face Estate Agents were singled out for praise by the Best Estate Agent Guide 2018 after been compared to another 25,000 nationwide.

The business is now looking to expand the letting side even further on the back of its success by opening new premises across Greater Manchester and Yorkshire.

Each business is ranked on how well the properties are marketed and perform on Rightmove, how long it takes to let a property and how good the customer service is for a mystery shopper.
