One of Liverpool’s most popular dental practices, Smileworks, has grown from a start-up in 2012 to a four surgery and 22 employee practice in 2018.
DR MJ Rowland-Warmann and Mr Ed Challinor, the Directors and Founders, have recently acquired an adjacent unit and are expanding to a nine surgery super-practice.
Under the attention of Mr Challinor who works more on the marketing side of the business with Dr Rowland Warmann in charge of the clinical side, both have grown the business to house specialist orthodontists, dental hygiene therapists and facial aestheticians.
Recently, Ed and MJ both got married on their “staff night out” to Las Vegas, where the entire team enjoyed a no holds barred holiday to celebrate the success of the practice.
