The Liverpool-based hospitality business The Know Group has made a number of senior appointments following their rapid expansion.
Chris Evans has been appointed the Revenue Manager and Marian Cotter as the Business Development Manager. These encouraging appointments are to strengthen the Group’s senior management team in addition to the recent appointment of Catherine Peers as the Head of Brand and Marketing.
The CEO of The Know Group, Steve Hesketh said:
“It’s a very exciting time for The Know Group, with our slew of recent openings and more opportunities in the pipeline.
“We’re delighted to welcome all our new staff members and are looking forward to seeing how they contribute individually to taking the company from strength to strength.”
Catherine Peers comes from Hill Dickinson LLP, where she was responsible for marketing, communications and brand management. Prior to that, she was on the team at Marketing Liverpool, where she was working across the Visit Liverpool and Liverpool Convention Bureau brands.
Marian Cotter has worked for industry giants such as Radisson Blu, Baa Bar and Holiday, as well as heading up the events and sales at Liverpool stalwart Hard Day’s Night Hotel.
Chris Evans is joining from Giant Hospitality, where as the Managing Director he oversaw the opening of three new hotels and the acquisition of three further operations.
Steve added:
“These additions to our workforce will be vital in the coming months and years as we continue to grow.”
The Know Group have experienced an incredible amount of success in 2018, having opened the Chester Townhouse & 1699 Brasserie, expended its Liverpool “poshtel” concept Sleep Eat Love and welcomed its third Love Thy Neighbour eatery to the Hatton Garden area of Liverpool.
Steve continued:
“It’s a busy time, but we feel poised and ready for our next ventures and are excited to see each of our brands continue to develop.”
