Ward Hadaway Plan Even More Growth After Celebrating 30th Anniversary

The specialist plot sales team at Ward Hadaway is targeting more growth after clocking up more than 5,000 completed transactions which represents an 8% increase on the previous year.

The team who act for a number of the UK’s leading housebuilders has successfully completed the sale of around 4,387 new homes in the past 12 months to the end of April 2018 at new development sites across the country.

The 33 strong plat sales team is one of the largest in the North of England for Ward Hadaway. With staff based at all of the firm’s offices in Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester.

As well as plot sales work, the specialist team also deals with part-exchange transactions, where the buyer of the new home is selling their existing home to the housebuilder.

In the year to the end of April 2018, the team had also managed to successfully complete more than 877 part-exchange acquisitions for housebuilder clients and the onward sales of these properties to new buyers.

What this means is that at least one in every 40 homes in the country have now seen Ward Hadaway involved in its sale.
